Had a wonderful experience here. The staff were able to help me find everything I needed to bleach my hair at home and even offered me some tips for how not to fry all my hair off. Only downside to this visit was I saw my horrific ex girlfriend and my hatred for her was renewed with a fiery passion.Great store though!

Lucy was fantastic, she readily answered all questions, found the product I needed, Ave was attentive when telling me about the credit card through Sallys. I couldn’t ask for better service!

Great customer service! Definitely coming back to this Sally Beauty store! The staff was very helpful with me finding items that I couldn't locate in the store. I was there looking for BTZ hair color and turns out they're discontinuing them but definitely worth the price and the amount they had. Bargain Galore! They were knowledgeable about their products and asked additional questions if I needed anything else while I was there. Ended up getting more then what I expected! lol

As the store manager, I would like to let all of our beautiful and amazing customers know that the paper bags are FREE now. We will no longer be charging the .15 cent paper bags anymore. I know so far a lot of people are very happy that the company has changed this just recently. Thank you. ?

The staff can put emails in and charge you for a bag when you check out but can't do anything about numerous emails I get lol...

This entire store is completely overpriced for its "professional" products and last trip I spent $300+ to find out I had no rewards this trip. That's NOT what the last clerk said... it's become an expensive mess there, unfortunately.

As we walked in all of the associates were worked up and leaning out of the store taking down the license plate number of an African American customer who had just left. They were discussing calling the police when the customer approached and asked what was wrong. They said they were short $0.23, so the customer gave them a quarter. Who calls the police over $0.23- it was overtly racist. After we heard them talking crap about customers and were extremely rude to the other customers in the store. I regret coming here.

Great experience...The store manager Miss Carly helped me, took her time to help me and showed clear care and concern for the questions I had and It was genuine.She was very knowledgeable and I will definitely go back for things I need there. It's worth the trip for great and Safe Customer Service during these times if you need to get products they carry!7

Masks not required just “appreciated”. Bring a bag for your items they charge money for bags. Hours wrong on google they open at 10 am Monday- Saturday. I have been here many times and staff has never been very friendly.
