If I could give zero stars I would. I’m not sure if anyone will read this or if it will get to anyone in the company. I have called at least 4 numbers multiple times. All I get is automated systems. Haven’t talked to an actual person to complain. This is NOT a company you want to work for or even support. They don’t treat the employees well. Where I am located we have had snow storms/blizzard conditions back to back (1-9-24, 1-12-24,1-13-24) almost the WHOLE state got hit. Majority of counties had tow bans and travel was not advised. Now the temperature feels like -20 to -40 and they still send the drivers out! They talk about safety first and if you don’t feel safe to drive then you are more than welcome to make that call. Yet the MOMENT you call in because you are putting YOUR safety first you get reprimanded! You can’t talk safety then reprimand your employees! That is EXTREMELY hypocritical! I get it’s a business but even other businesses closed, schools closed. There are companies that actually CARE about the employees instead of expecting the employees to risk THEIR lives for a job and when they don’t they get in trouble. Quit enforcing safety if you really don’t care about safety. The depots that got hit by this storm and are effected by the temperatures SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN CLOSED! If you are at risk of getting frost bite within 10 minutes of being outside you shouldn’t send your drivers out! They handle frozen things already. DO BETTER! Maybe don’t be so greedy and actually care about the people you employ!

This is for truck drivers…. Apt: 12am. Arrived 11 pm. Out by 01:45. You’ll go down a narrow street that dead ends. No Schwan sign. Driveway was on right. I believe it’s the last driveway. Look for there yellow delivery trucks.(not semi’s) When you pull in it will be your first left. There is another business right behind Schwans SMALL facility.I’ll had a few obstacles to work around . Little tricky on the backing (blind side)but overall great experience. unloaded in a timely manner.. Only one dock door. fyi it’s a conveyor belt unload. Meaning, no forklifts. These he guys worked hard to get me unloaded.Staff was very friendly and polite and considerate. Definitely will deliver here again. Btw all my stops communicated with each other. Each stop took me early.

8/19/'21 I'll never order from Schwan's again. Weds July 28 I placed an order online early in the evening. I got an email saying order was confirmed. They were supposed to deliver my order the next day (July 29) between 11 am and 3 pm. They never showed up. I thought, "It's okay. They were probably short handed. Maybe they'll bring it in two weeks." They never came.Last week I placed an order. It was supposed to come today between 11am and 3 pm. It's now 4:30 pm and they haven't shown up AGAIN.I think nobody works there, any more. As long as people get welfare, why work? Also, I called the office. Nobody answered the phone.

Brad, our delivery man, is amazing. He is always very kind, friendly, and talkative. He's very nice when it comes to setting aside products that he is out of for his next round to us.

My driver delivered my online order, and it is missing an item. Sure would be nice to be able to contact him about it. Nobody answered when I called this number. And customer service from the online phone number said that it would be a couple days before they will contact me to replace the product.
