Shoutout to the amazing mail carriers there always working super hard in all forms of weather and conditions give them a raise for that!! Always exceptional customer service and care that they always care about the customers and mail and packages

We have a hold on our mail while we are on vacation. today is the first day of vacation and mail was delivered at our house.
I guess they cannot be trusted to follow simple directions.

Haven't received any mail this week to my business, nor has the mail in the box been picked up and yes the flag on the box has been up for 3 days. Shouldn't a business come before residential?

The post office is only open 2 hours on Saturdays? I mean, honestly, what's the point? You should be open from 8-noon on Saturdays. Haven't those previously been your hours. Can't get my package on Th, federal holiday. Can't get my package on Friday, I'm in the hospital. Can't get my package on Saturday bc you're only open for 2 hours.
I didn't order anything large. Why couldn't my package have fit in a locker?
This review regards only 1 experience. In general, the people who work at this office are great. 2 women in particular are always friendly and helpful.

Everyone is friendly, mail is promptly put in my PO box. The actual mail person at my home mail box is trash, but that's why I have my po box.

Slowest workers with an attitude problems. Never know when things will be completed by them, such as a lock change, so don’t ask. They don’t know. Manager told me he’d take me off the mail holding list and week later had mail still being held, had to make my 4th trip in about my box because they also don’t have a phone apparently. Very inconvenient place.

USPS Marion: letter carriers do not check neighborhood mailboxes to see if there’s outgoing mail. If they have nothing to deliver, they do not come by. Regular male carriers are more conscientious than substitute carriers. Absolutely frustrating and very aggravating. I Have lost count on how many times I’ve had to go and mail it myself because they didn’t Bother to stop. Very late in processing packages that are AT the facility and have been for 2 DAYS.

Slowest usps ever. My packages from them are always late. I have lived in the same place for 4 years and never have my packages been on time. Ugh.
