I ordered my prescription because I was getting low and they said they would have it ready in a few days. Normally when it's ready I get a text message and I go over and pick it up. I've waited and waited for the text over 3 days and I ran out of my medication today and called in to find out what was going on and I only got a recording "your pharmacist would like to speak to you" and nothing more. Its after hours so I can't talk to anyone, my medication is out, and I never received a call or anything about them needing to speak to me. Now I have to call tomorrow, get my prescription filled, and start waiting all over again. I'm pretty upset at their lack od professionalism.

I only give them three stars because they have so many customers they don't keep up with the text messaging or emailing of when your prescriptions are ready every month and instead of having all the prescriptions renew on the same day each month they're a week apart or 4 days apart they just don't have enough employees I believe

I’m done with this place. My father has been on the same meds forever. This is at least the third time I received a text reminding me it was time to fill. I said yes to filling 3 meds and received a notification on Saturday that they were filled. I come on Wednesday to pick up and they have only one filled and their system doesn’t even show the other two meds being requested to fill. Then they tell me if you don’t pick up within 9 days, it goes back. Well, I’m pretty sure Sat-Weds is five days. And they have no record of their own systems request to fill. This has happened more than once, and I’ve stuck with them because he’s on enough meds that it’s a pain to switch. But I’m done with their incompetence.

Recently moved and it was close so I thought I'd try it, I put in my order at noon and the lady said come back later to fill it, no time, not a huge deal, went home, did some chores, took a nap, came back and 7 hours later my prescriptions are still not ready and three other people have been waiting for hours as well. I wish I checked these reviews before I came here but I guess I learned my lesson.

I like Walmart pharmacy. I've been getting my meds here for a bit over 2yrs now. I don't know why everyone has alotta negative reviews. Maybe it's because I use to work at Walmart and I know everyone there. Ive never had an issue and the customer service is great. Highly recommended.

I go to this Walmart frequently, since I live in Marion. I tend to get groceries and clothing for my daughter here. Today, I went here for: fabric softener, water softener, allegra, and eggs. Everything was well labeled and looked of good quality and price. Store was clean also. I will definitely be returning to this Walmart.

Our veternanarian called in our dogs prescription last Friday. We went in to pick it up Saturday and it wasn't ready. They said they were out of stock. We asked them to please call us and let us know when it is ready to pick up to save us a trip. 5 days later no word from Walmart so my husband went in and asked about it. The older lady said oh the pills are in stock but it's not filled so you'll have to wait.

Stopped in 6 hours after a prescription was sent over still not filled.... the pharmacist that runs that sh#t show should be fired not the first time they've messed up but it is the last..

Awful. Awful service and the employees are EXTREMELY rude. The older lady is the worse and somehow I'm stuck with her every single time. Just called to ask a question and she was snippy and then hung up on me. Don't use this pharmacy if you can help it.

I'm APPALLED at how this store treats its customers. I took a few of the teenagers I work with today and a secret shopper very rudely accused one of them of stealing. All of the kids with me turned out their pockets and we showed him our receipts. Not only did he get far too physically close to my client, but he also had the nerve to continue to demand to know what he stole. The item that the employee accused my client of stealing was a pack of trading cards. He had them in his pocket, not his bag, because he's a KID who was excited and wanted to open them in the car. When he was able to show the receipt the secret shopper wandered off, got a manager, who very unacceptably "apologized" to me while walking away. Not the person he accused of stealing and got into the personal space of. He got into the face of a 13 year old kid and accused him of being a thief, AFTER seeing the receipt of the purchase, and didn't have the decency to at least apologize. The secret shopper didn't apologize. He refused to admit that he had done anything wrong, and then continued to explain to the kids with me the "right" way to purchase things. I'll make sure that my campus and coworkers choose another store.

To all guests of wal-mart stores Inc. "ALL STORES ARE CLOSED TODAY IN LIGHT OF THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY." the pages like yelp and others stating they are open 24hours today are incorrect. The Wal-Mart family looks forward to helping you when we open Tuesday December 26th, 2017. Have a merry Christmas, from per mar security services and Wal-Mart.

Today is the day before Thanksgiving, I brought my car in on Saturday because my low tire pressure light had kicked on. Brought it here to the Auto Center to have them check out all my tires to make sure nothing was wrong and fill them up with air. They call me and tell me it's all done and everything is fine. Come back if the light kicks back on, but I'm sure it's on due to the fluctuation in temperature. Okay, great. I left and everything was fine and that following Tuesday morning my light came back on, if course as I'm going out of town. Go to Costco to get some air and it's fishy that my car needs more air in my tires, meaning it wasn't looked over. So now unfortunately for me, I am back at Walmart with a nail in my tire that should have been addressed when I was in on Saturday. I do want to thank the managers and all the staff that helped me get through what I needed. Ashley was great, Zac helped as well. The management was very helpful and fixed the whole situation.
