“Unfortunately I was in an accident while visiting a friend. They lifted my vehicle up, checked the damage, and didn't recommend me driving home. Then they went above and beyond to call Enterprise, take me to the motel to get my one bag, drove me to where I was going to spend the next night. Then they called to get a quote with pictures ready for my insurance company. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for me. If I lived in Mason City, they would have my business.”

“This may be a bit dramatic - but today - my experience with service from Toyota, and specifically, Bryan M and his crew, was so positive - it reminded me why I bring my Lexus to your dealership. This reminder has now convinced me to buy a new Toyota or Lexus - and the determining factor was being sure I could keep my service with your team. I’ve been looking at Mercedes, Audi and BMW - but this may mean I would have to go elsewhere for service - and it’s just not worth it to me. You have an amazing crew and I’m glad to be a loyal and continuing customer! Thank you!”

“This was my first experience with them and and it was amazing and felt very personal through the whole process which made me very comfortable as well as I felt very secure with them, and they also made sure that I didn't go without a vehicle which was phenomenal, I definitely recommend them to anyone that I come in contact with for sure. Thank you to the whole team and have a Merry Christmas”

“I recommend this auto repair shop like no other I’ve ever seen. I took my car to several shops, but they never managed to fix the problem; they charged exorbitant prices for parts without eliminating the noise and quoted me for replacing components that didn't need changing. This mechanic, on the other hand, repaired exactly what was broken.🫡🫡🫡”

“Found I had an oil leak on my vehicle, so I stopped in to Hosmer to have them look things over. They found a couple suspicious spots for an oil leak so I had them repair it. Was told to come back in in a couple weeks to make sure they got it all taken care of. Turns out the spot they were hoping wasn’t leaking was and was going to be expensive to fix. Decided to see what I could do to afford a new vehicle. Rick Brunsvold went over options on a vehicle I liked and even went as far as to find one I didn’t even know was on the lot. Can’t say enough good about the guys in the service department and Rick in Sales!”
