“I am from Omaha, and discovered my tire was very flat when in Mason City last week. I was fortune my discovery took place next door to Pritchard Nissan! Zach Abbas, in service, took care of everything. Unfortunately, I had driven too long on the damage, and while they didn't have the tire I needed in stock, he called around and found it for me in town. He handled it all very quickly, putting the donut on so I could drive safely to get the new tire, and was so kind about it. “I had the pleasure of finally interacting with the owner and ASE Certified mechanic, Randy. Like many businesses such as this, it can get varied reviews depending on the person, and their knowledge of their situation. Sure, I read some pretty nasty reviews of this business but I also read some really good ones. Particularly good ones that were more recent. So far, I’ve taken two of the four vehicles I currently own for service here and have not been disappointed. The explanations, service, turnaround time and prices have been fair thus far. My belief is that if you go in with an open mind and let the mechanic do what he has to do, allowing him ample time to properly diagnose the issue plaguing your vehicle, chances are that you will have a pleasant experience even if you have question the diagnosis. “I would like to tell ypu all how GREAT the people that work at Charlie's Auto 2 are. On Monday morning June 26th I called the shop to see if they could get my car in because I had a tail light out, I couldn't fix myself, you see I had just lost my 16 year old daughter to suicide, and my thoughts and comprehension was all over the place. These kind gentlemen got my car in right away while I was waiting for my ride to pick me up. The mechanic came out to talk with me, and gave this man a hug when I was vulnerable and needed one the most. Where do you find compassion like that anymore? And then they had to one up that act of kindness that was already so huge and told me to go take care of my family. God bless these wonderful kind souls.”
