Love reading all these reviews. Ya they got be nice to try an keep pushing cloth on you so they get paid for part of the sale. It get annoying at time! Last time I was in they tried push cloth and I told them no thanks and they walk off to help other people. Love the cloth just not the game! So I quit going in. Just been buying from Cult of individuality online instead.

Great customer service yesterday & the manager even remembered me from a previous visit. Both ladies helping me provided great service & I loved their fashion sense and personalities. Now if buckle would provide extended sizes... Thank you ladies ?

I had great service. They didn't have the jeans I needed and are ordering them and having them altered. You won't get that service in a Big Box store.
