I found an old shipping label for my CPAP machine to be returned didn't know if it was still good so went there to find out and they were very helpful and very friendly kudos to the staff there.

Super happy that I can manage my deliveries with a simple sign up. Also, I'm extremely pleased that I can elect to hold all of my deliveries at a local Fedex office while I'm at work. Gives me the flexibility to pick them up after work in a safe, dry, secure environment.
