Driver neglected to ring doorbell. Can't get ahold of anybody at this Mason City location. Phone number is bogus. No accountability. Might be a larger Fedex problem. Fedex refuses to distribute phone numbers and or names of their faculty members.

They helped me retrieve a package that needed a signature after the driver called in response to a note on the door. We were gone fore the delivery.I wish they had a way to contact them, though, instead of the computerized black hole.

Looses packages when asked the name of who they delivered to they can or won't give you the name. Then they won't help you find your package after they lost it and you have to wait 2 more weeks for your stuff. By them again just for them to Loose it again fedex you need to do better.

The driver for our small town that comes from the Mason City site does not know how to properly read street signs/names. Packages are frequently lost/delivered to a different address. I had a package that stated it was delivered to my house, and after checking every conceivable place, the package was not located at my house. I posted in a local Facebook page to see if anyone had seen the package and the same day there were 3 other posts about people looking for their packages as well.I filed a claim online with FedEx after exhausting all possibilities here. I had not heard from them regarding this claim, so I called them, only to find out that my claim was denied because the driver stated they delivered the package to my front door. Almost 2 months later, still no package and FedEx is not willing to reimburse me the cost of the package that they lost/incorrectly delivered.Our town's Facebook page frequently has people complaining of missing packages from FedEx, but there never seems to be issues with UPS or USPS. So, from now on, all of my business will be going through UPS or USPS.
