Brought in a vehicle for a check engine light. They called and said it was a sensor. They fixed the sensor.Wife goes to get the car. Check engine light is still on, invoice says 7 other OBD2 codes found. They charged me a diagnostic fee for a separate item I said was needing fix, but I declined that repair. It’s an blend door actuator that they wanted $1000 dollars in labor for.They didn’t go over the other codes with me. I called immediately and left a message with the service department asking why I have the vehicle back with the check engine light still on. No return phone call.Prior to this repair, I had a vehicle still under warranty with a transmission issue. Rather than diagnose the issue they reset the transmission computer for $200 hoping that would fix it. It didn’t fix the issue. I ended up bringing the car to an actual Cadillac dealership that immediately found the issue which was covered under warranty.Two incidences with two different vehicles. I won’t be returning.

I have never given a bad review. This review must be given. My Buick was serviced by Mason City Buick service department for warranty engine work late December 2022. Car was picked up from service department for the completed warranty oil leak engine work. My car lost its oil shortly after picking up from their service department loosing 5 quarts in a 200 mile out of state trip. The car was brought to a different Buick dealer in MN to check the damages. This is where the truth came out. Its been an ongoing investigation. The Service Manager at Mason City Buick admitted to billing out all of the engine gaskets to my extended warranty company, but he did not replace them, verifiable written on my service receipt. The Buick Manager and Service Manager are now denying engine damage approximately $6800. The next step the BBB will be notified. I've been patient for the last 2 months waiting for the general manager to correct the situation internally, but he has failed to do so. I'm done waiting.

Awesome no pressure sales. Bought my 2020 GMC SIERRA 3500HD AT4 from here. Brandon was awesome at getting numbers to line up for my budget. Matt in service is Awesome to deal with for my trucks needs. Great Job everyone and Great Customer Service and Support Staff. Update: March 2022 Truck had issues. No Fault of Dealership!!! Brandon, Matt Service Manager Zach Finance MGR. Still all AWESOME to deal with. Had to trade truck due to recall issues and couldn't go without for length of time for parts. Again NO fault of dealership. Gave fair price traded in. Way to go Brandon, Matt and Zach. I Absolutely LOVE dealing with you guys. Great Experience all around. So great in Fact I had them remove dealership stickers from dealer I got new truck from and put theirs on. Nothing but 5 star Service here..

Had a GM Recall warranty part and the dealership made arrangements to pick-up my vehicle at work which was hassle free for me and estimated 2-3 hours and brought my vehicle back to me at my work place--again very painless and hassle free for me. Great Job!

I stopped in and got pitched the regular sales pitch and that they can finance everyone. I gave it a try and they told me I was approved with roughly $6k down. I decided to think about it and check other places, because once you run your credit, you have around 14 days to shop with other lenders, ect.In the end, less than a week later I said I would do the down payment. They said all they would need is my paystubs to verify my income. I sent them, which showed that I actually made $10k/yr MORE than I originally thought it was. Then I heard nothing.Their communication was terrible. I would have to message the sales guy every other day just to hear anything. Apparently, it was not approved as they said in the way they said. Each time I texted and or called I got the same answer that they haven't gotten it approved, even after they said it was, and then would say and to this day keep saying, give us more time and that they are talking to banks on the phone, ect.I do feel like I fell for the sales pitch, was lied to and lead on. Then when things apparently appeared like they were not going to workout and that they may not be able to make the sale, they just stopped communicating period, other than to say give more time. Well it is going on week 3 now, haven't heard anything in over a week. I am guessing that I not going to either. Other than what I already figured out and confronted them on, which is that I wasn't approved as they said and or that they did something that changed things if it ever was approved.It hasn't been a good experience with them and after going through the reviews, that I am leary of being real, that I would have had a more honest and better experience.
