I thought we were going to be hounded and followed around the store like so many other stores I had been in, but Chris was great and immediately recognized that we wanted to shop by ourselves. He checked in on us periodically and always seemed to know when we needed to ask a question and was within eyesight. He made our shopping experience a wonderful one! Ashley isn’t the highest quality furniture on the planet but for our basement family room it fits the bill. We get it delivered (which another family member runs and they’re great too) and a few weeks later I sit in one spot and notice the sofa has sank a bit. Contact Jack and he comes out, figures out the issue, orders the stuff needed. Boom. Done. No drama. No excuses. No nonsense. Only a happy guy doing the right thing.Timing- we did a full remodel in our home. It took nearly a year I jumped the gun in ordering because it wasn’t clear what lead time may be. They held it for me for two months and delivered it when we were ready. And the guys got tipped well for helping me move a very heavy piece of furniture across the room without any idea I was going to treat them well for their efforts. “I was In here looking at beds. I wasn't quite ready to buy one. The staff were super nice asked me what kind of matress I liked firm, soft, pillow top ect. I hadn't given it much thought. Showed me a few different kinds. Told me the selection changes often sometimes daily. When we bought our couch he in January they delivered it with in 15 Min. Brought it in to the house asked if we needed the old one hauled off. They offered to put it where it was going to go. I told them not to worry about it I was still figuring out where it would go to. They made sure that I was sure before leaving. Very happy with service this time as well as in the past”
