Pricing is not in line with the service you get and staff is not trained properly on handling big groups. If you are in MC for a tournament, I would advise going somewhere else.

Rooms were not clean...found a dirty sock up against the wall and there were gnats flying in my room all night along with some other little black flying bugs. Also the bathroom in the room was super updated but not clean...hair everywhere in the shower.

Our family had 6 rooms this weekend. 5 of the 6 rooms were full of flies. Several rooms had hair in the shower or tub. One suite room had no TV in the living room and the desk clerk said it was supposed to be like that (this was an outright lie, as the TV connection was present). The place is being updated, but, it's unacceptable to expect guests to accept these conditions. No fruit or protein options at breakfast. Zero recommendation for this place.

Nice location, but only choose this hotel if you want cigarette smell in the hallway and in your room from other guests. When I asked for the situation to be handled- I was told I could move rooms. At 10pm at night with a small sleeping child, this was not able to happen. So instead of handling the guests who were breaking hotel rules, they insisted we move room. Poor customer service. Overall disappointing that we were forced to breathe in second hand smoke and that our child had to be around this as well. Not a great place to bring children.

The rooms are fairly decent. Cleaner than some but could definitely use some detailed attention in certain areas. The construction areas should be blocked by plastic more thoroughly than what they are. Front desk attendant was not attentive at all this time.

Our group booked 4 rooms this weekend for a family event. Our collective experience was terrible. The place is under construction and a mess. The common areas had no air conditioning and the breakfast was not worth the trip downstairs. We won't be back.

Under extensive remodel. Small breakfast. 2 cars in parking lot with flat tires. New windows in rooms. Changing brand to Comfort Inn. Old part of town. Empty Shopko building across street.

This business risked a lot keeping it open during construction/remodel. Their website did not say anything about it under construction nor did they adjust pricing for minor inconveniences, much less major ones. I had no idea of this until I arrived. By then it was too late to cancel my reservation. I had to carry all of my luggage up 3 flights of stairs because they were doing the floor in front of the elevator. There was dust, debris and construction pieces laying everywhere around the hallways and stairways. The room does not have a closet, wardrobe or anywhere to hang up clothes. Even the toilet paper was just sitting on the back of the toilet because they don't have a holder or mount to place it. The only lamp in the room is at the desk across the room. I had to fumble back to bed in the dark after switching off the lights by the door. The shower in the morning did not offer hot water, it was lukewarm at best. They did offer a breakfast, but you had to go to one side door of the building to get a receipt and then go outside to the opposite side entrance door to get to a makeshift breakfast area. I unfortunately had used enough energy going up and down 3 flights of stairs to be a part of musical rooms/doors in the morning. My job requires extensive travel. The decisions by both this hotel and Choice brands have definitely altered my future hotel business with them.

I wish I can give 0 stars because 1 is a lot. Terrible customer service from manager Samantha and workers. Terrible and dirty hotel. It's being remodeled and the place is not suitable for stay. I had no iron, iron board, hair dryer, closet in my room. The tv remote only worked to turn on/off and turn volume up or down. People were smoking in the rooms and when I told the manager she replied with "I'm not the police". Clearly no one there cares for a good customer service. The rooms I stayed in were just furnished with old furniture with nothing else but one lamp. I was moved rooms when I complained about the smoking at 10:30pm with my little baby. Management there is so terrible. You should be renamed to Terrible Quality Inn, suits you all.

The hotel wasn't bad at all. Nice rooms and all. Got told if my dog got in the elevator the desk clerk was charging me a $20 fee. The front desk clerk (tia) was so rude from swearing at me for my questions on my bill and calling her out about how rude she was to my girlfriend. Then there is the bill. $600 of holds put on my credit card for the 3 nights we stayed that is yet to be put back in my account after paying $345 with a different card. Just under $1000 for 3 nights and got rude service and no one can tell me where my money is. That was three weeks ago! I wouldn't and won't let my workers stay there again. I can't afford it for one and wouldn't subject my worst enemy to the front desk lady Tia.Rooms: But hey atleast the room was nice

Two things first.First, other reviews have stated that staff here is very friendly. Absolutely true. Friendly, warm, welcoming, kind, helpful. All that. Lois was a standout; great sense of humor, and went out of her way to ensure that everything was just so.Second, other reviews have said that this hotel was "dirty". Absolutely not so. I believe, what they may have been referencing, was that the walls, in many places, probably could stand a new coat of paint. This is true. Oh well. However, everything worked -- lights, outlets, even the jacuzzi tub in my suite, plenty of hot water, toilet flush pressure was quite good, there was so much room (omg!), bed mattress was super comfy, linens were nice, bedlinens were soft (& included an actual *warm* blanket), pillows on bed were plentiful/firm/had lots of 'pouf' to them, room fridge very cold & freezer compartment worked perfectly. The room was *clean*. Even places where I look extra close, such as sink & tub. Even the bathroom corners were more than acceptable / no discernable grime accumulated. I have a habit of moving the nightstand away from the wall, to drop my purse behind at night. Not even any dust bunnies found there.Shower water pressure not exceptional, but not at all the worst I've experienced. The variable shower head allowed me to correct for this quite a bit. I had no trouble washing my thick, long hair (which is something I try not to do at hotels, cuz often this is an impossible task).Very convenient location. Easy in and out of parking lot. Might be tight if you have a large vehicle or are towing something. Maybe call ahead to inquire, if that is your situation.I would stay here again in a heartbeat. And, if some people want to pay almost $200/night for a room (instead of ~$130 for a suite), because someone hasn't gotten around to *painting*, let them.If you want a comfortable stay in a very clean hotel, where everything that actually contributes to the comfort of your stay is perfect, all while paying a fair price... Then you found your pick.Oh, and they also stock a complimentary cookie jar in the lobby. ?
