We went in and asked for whatever we needed to dye my daughters hair purple. The girl helping us paused, then suggested 3 things. I'm a cook, not a beautician, so I was hoping she was selling us proper hair dye. She did not. She gave us bleach, toner, and developer. My daughters hair came out green. Luckily we had some manic panic to correct this. This was the 3rd time we have been in there and they are always rude or pushy like they don't want us in there. Don't worry, we won't be back. You don't even know what you're selling anyways. Do better!

Nothing against this store in particular but, I placed an order online for 2-hour delivery thinking it would be more convenient for me and never received it and online the status just kept saying "processing" and when I finally contacted an agent online, they just stopped responding and when I tried to chat again it just never loaded in a new agent. Then I get and email saying my order was cancelled so I called customer service who say they must have been out of stock, but they didn't know for sure and that next time I need to call the store and see if they have my items before placing the order online...and said they usually will send an email letting me know but they just might not have been able to and just kept making excuses for terrible service. Just a warning to everyone thinking of ordering on their website for delivery or shipping their system and customer service isn't good.

Shampoo's and Condition's are 30% off. It's A good deal in there. And beauty products, from your head to your toes! They are very helpful. A nice small, store. Just mask up.

I have never had such horrible customer service anywhere. For two days straight they have had their phone off the hook, and how convenient that they put it back on the hook before they close.. How are people supposed to do curbside pickup???? Ridiculous!

They never answer for curbside pick up. I'm outside the store and Asian lady doesn't pick up the phone. I'm staring at her right now and she ain't doing anything.

I am so impressed with how this location is helping it's customers! They only have 1 phone, but I was able to order all of the supplies that I was looking for and pick them up super quick. Their system was fast, efficient and I am super grateful!!! Thank you so so much!!

Well I did my very first curbside pick up today and I did everything wrong . I placed my order but I got off duty after 6pm. (Healthcare worker) I drove out to the store to pick up my order today and saw the blue line as I was told to stand behind and tried to read all the posted signs and called them up no answer. Saw the other sign to knock for curbside pick up with ID in hand but failed to see they open at 11am. the sales associate came to the door to point that out to me. Scolding me that I was to pick my order up the day I ordered it or it would have been put back to stock. After the miscommunication I told him ok and I was walking off he called me back and asked for my ID. He ask me to stand behind the blue line pulled my bag and gave it to me. I though I would have to come back later when the store opened but I didn't. I appreciated the fact he did that. I think he took a look at my whacked grey hair and thought this chick needs this stuff badly so take it!! Covid sucks and makes everyone on edge. Thank you to the sales associate for doing that for me.

I was in the market for barber supplies, Being that the Covid-19 is raising safety protocols for everyone!, establishments,etc. I'm forced to be my own barber again. So I called a few beauty supply store's, and turns out EVERYONE has to be their own barbers also, so the supply stores were wiped out of buzzers,trimmers,etc. So with all the high volume of calls from customers I finally got through at Sally's (Pearlcity) John was The associate helping me, Dude was awesome! He had great customer service, very knowledgeable on products ,Helped me purchase the right tools, and parts to get the job done. His safety practices is firm, and straight forward, People might think it's a little Strick, but aye, there is no limit on safety! Especially for the Covid! Thank you John, also staff for all hard work through this crucial time. I really appreciate it, and I'm definitely satisfied. Keep up the good work, and stay safe! Oh yeah, note to customers " Wait behind the the BLUE LINE."

The sign says at the front of the store to call and press 3 to speak to an associate to order what you need, I am right outside the store and I can see the woman in their doing nothing, I call and a she picks up the phone and immediately declines the call and precedes to do that 3 times, would not recommend at all.

The salesperson/manager John is so knowledgeable and I really appreciate all his input when trying to find the correct hair color for my type of hair. His recommendations on hair products such as shampoo and conditioner for my hair type was perfect. Even when the store is really busy and he is the only one working, he is still patient with the customers and acknowledges you that he will be right with you. John has helped me on many occasions and now I feel like he is my "go to" person because of his expertise. Thanks for all your help.

Surprisingly for professionals, the prices are pretty good on certain items. I used to keep my purchases in Sally's limited to just nail goods. On the fly I have been known to purchase tools and colors that I need for home services. Not the best choice, but the hours and locations are a bit more convenient than most professional beauty supply stores. I like that there is lots of parking available. I also like that beauty professionals get better pricing than the public. Every worker I have encountered are helpful. They may not all be the most knowledgeable, but you can't expect non beauty professionals to know it all!

The lady’s at Sally’s are very friendly and helped me locate an item I needed to get for my girlfriend. Overall very happy. I doubt I’ll come in often because it’s just not my kind of store. Great service!
