Between 10:30 and 11.am, I went toSubway 13362-0 store. The subs were great as always. The guy making the subs was VERY RUDE!! He never smiled, was very short with everyone. I had a coupon, he looked at it. Said "this expired yesterday ", and p itched it in the garbage. I asked for a small diet Coke, he didn't ring it up.I will not go in that Subwsy again. I will travel across town and buy there.That guy needs to go back to customer service training.

Came here on a Friday night 5 minutes before close. As I was headed for the door I immediately saw the three ladies staffed for the night bickering to each other about my presence. I could almost read one of their lips as she said, “Don’t make eye contact.” I approached the door and pulled on it and was locked out. They could all clearly see me and were ignoring me ON PURPOSE because they didn’t want do their jobs. I don’t normally go to establishments even 10 minutes before close but as a nursing student my clinicals run late into the evenings. Having worked in a similar sandwich business myself for a couple years I understand how end of the night closing duties work. The rule is that you don’t close until the clock strikes your stores official closing time. The level of immaturity from these girls I’m incredibly disappointed. It’s really not that hard to communicate with your customers but obviously you didn’t want to because you knew you were in the wrong. Moral of this story I will NOT be spending my money here ever. Hopefully this location gains staff who follow company policy and respect it’s customers.

We got our food and sat down. Only to be awkwardly stared by an employee the first ten minutes we ate. Then he started eating cookies out of the case followed by picking food from the sandwich line and eating that also. WITH NO GLOVES. I think I'll be avoiding this location from now on. Hopefully Fina a place we don't get mean mugged before someone dunks their meat hooks into the food. Nope NO THANKS!

Typical subway visit. same overpriced lunch meat that leaves you feeling hungry shortly after. not saying that it's bad but it's definitely overpriced for what it is.

Online orders take back seat even when you order 2 hours ahead for a specific time. Had to wait 1 hour after my scheduled time. Like I said it was placed 2 hours ahead.

Fast service, I got a footlong with 2 cookies and a large fountain drink. The staff here are nice. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting a sub from Subway. The interior is nice and clean. -Shy_Gun670

Worst location in Mason City ever. Never go to Illinois avenue Subway. They don't make your subs right. They're slow. The quality of the sandwiches are horrible and they don't follow customer instruction on how they want their sandwich done. If I could give negative stars I would. I drive all the way from another town to go to this location and from now on I'll just drive all the way to the other side of that town to avoid the horrible service and sandwiches
