This was wrongful termination they fired me for no reason they’re losing a very valuable employee/customer and they’re going to lose thousands of dollars I’m never shopping at this target for a long time I hope Jen gets fired cause she needs to feel how I felt for two weeks when she fired me. And I hope Gannon and Nick get fired as well cause they are terrible people to work with. Some of the people there are really dumb and really mean I wish the store was shutdown for good. They were never gonna respect me. I'm glad I don't work there anymore. Nick was never good to work with. Gannon was never good to work with. And Jen was never good to work with they were never gonna give me another chance at that stupid store its not even nice some of the workers are really rude, and ignored me.

Stopped yesterday for the diaper exchange program — the gal working in customer service was very friendly + super helpful. Even went above to explain the Cat + Jack loyalty program. Thank you for being such a rockstar. ?

Target sure has changed over the years. If it weren’t for the best interaction with the checkout personnel I would have rated lower.

Not the biggest target, but they had what I needed. I did self check out and needed assistance, staff was very fast friendly and helpful. Was happy they had the products I wanted

I don't get to Target on a regular basis because I have to drive out of town. All that aside, I have never been disappointed in any of my shopping experiences at Target. The stores have always been clean and well organized with a great selection of products. I am still struggling with knowing where everything is after the remodel in Mason City but it is not a big deal. The customer service has been great the large majority of the time; helpful, smiles and friendly. My only complaint is the lack of registers open for checkout. I do not like self checkout. I will always be a Target shopper and will happily recommend them to others.

You cannot get better service than from a store; our Mason City Target is the best. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable, taking care to engage with you and following up when they see you and are aware of struggles going on in your life. Large order? Staff have personally offered to help bag or walk things to my car without me asking. Unbeatable guest experiences time and time again.

I have been waiting for my baby registry bag for over 2 months this now and the store associates keep telling me they ordered them a mo th ago and haven't received them. I wrote a contact card or comment card for corporate to see and address the issue and have not been contacted at all. Target is a huge company that offers the best registry and promotes business by offering this registry bag to expecting moms... this bag is so important bc it has some of the best coupons inside to buy items from thier business. Now I'm getting impatient and angry bc I'm ready to shop for my new baby and I'm going to be missing our on the coupons I've gotten year after year while pregnant. I know I'm not the only mom mad at this situation. Targwt.... don't advertise if you can't keep your supply on demand. Now i.might be doing all my shopping elsewhere. It's that serious to me.

They remodeled. Less merchandise, higher prices. Still no place to sit and wait up front. They even removed the chairs and tables from Starbucks.
