Don't buy the insurance and expect the roadside assistance to help for no extra cost. Got our moving truck stuck in the sand in the driveway and they call it "reckless driving" and said the cost of a wrecker would be my responsibility. Even with the "better" $400 insurance option I purchased”

“So the guy I dent with was very pleasant, super nice. The vehicle was clean, and he showed me the best way to clean it out before return. He took the time to let me know that they are a little harder to drive when they are empty. The only issue I have is that it was 90+ degrees, and the air conditioning didn't work well. When you are packing and driving a distance in the heat, that's something you really need to work. Thankfully, it was an intown move. My brother said he rented the same uhaul 6 or 8 weeks ago and had the same problem with it . I hope they get it fixed and don't send it on a long trip with someone. That would be miserable.”
