My spouse had urgent issue. Cellulitis in right leg. Check in easy and painless. Everyone pleasant and it went fast. Great experience. This is good because we are RV people traveling trough.

I was a walk in yesterday morning. The check in gal, super helpful, friendly and had to call my Insurance. Went the extra mile for me. Was seen in timely manner by the Doctor. Will return, kudos to your team.
MercyOne Urgent Care offers in-person walk-in appointments 7 days a week. Schedule by phone or online. You can also book an at-home telehealth visit online or by phone. Online scheduling is available to patients who have previously visited a MercyOne clinic. For new patients, please call or walk into an urgent care, do not use online scheduling. If you have severe COVID-19 symptoms, please do NOT use telehealth; call 911 or visit our emergency care immediately. Do NOT use telehealth for those under age 2 or who have shortness of breath or chest pain.
