I needed a replacement phone and wanted to get a cheap one at Walmart to last until I was due for an upgrade in April. It was the exact same US Cellular phone at Walmart that is in the US Cellular store. US Cellular wanted $35 more than the EXACT same model at Walmart. Took the phone to get it activated at the US Cellular store and they said it wasn't compatible. Those are some shady practices.We had to make several trips to get things straightened out. It cost us a lot of time and money. I explained to the manager Nick Treloar that I am on limited income, because I have a condition called Neurogenic Claudication that causes paralysis. He did absolutely nothing to make the situation right. Watch out for the fraudulent activity of US Cellular. This information needs to be made very public to warn others.

Not impressed with customer service. Called to make sure they had what I wanted in store before driving there. Put me on hold and after waiting 30 minutes on hold I finally gave up and getting my products elsewhere!

I went here to sign up 4 new lines. The gal helping me couldn't get us 4 out of there fast enough yet it still took me all day to get help setting up the 4 lines. I came back to osage and osage Us cellular was wonderful. I will not return to this store again. I was very unhappy with the service and not getting help to set up the phones like we needed she wouldn't help with our protectors either. Basically, felt like she did enough to get her commission and that was it. She told me I could turn my phones in anywhere and when I tried to return them to osage I was told I had to return them to mason. I am not happy with this at all this means another half hour drive to return phones and half hour drive back home again. Infact questioning at this point if I made a made a mistake. she told me other information I could file for disability help for two of the lines and she would get me the paperwork and it wasn't followed through with either. This has left a bad taste in my mouth.

right now no I have been to us celluar in Mason city and my phone and boyfriend is still not working right and I have been with them for about ten years and i am pissed off

We had to wait quite a while for the software update but it was totally fine because he was great at having a conversation with me and letting me know what I needed to know! He was Knowledgeable and helpful!

Worst phone service ever!!! I’m pay $70 a month for unlimited data slow and phone calls drops out of nowhere for no reason and I’m use it at home. Just don’t waste your time and money at US cellular get better Service elsewhere.
