The pharmacy was awesome. My dog had TPLO surgery in Des Moines and the vet did not put one of his pain medications in the bag. I got home to Mason, and the vet had to call the pharmacy. The pharmacy filled the medication for my dog and even stayed a little later to make sure my dog had the medication he needed. Thank you, Walgreens!!!!

Scheduled online for flu, COVID and shingles vaccinations. The pharmacist told me he would not give me the COVID & shingles at the same time since they are both "live virus" vaccines which is completely untrue. How can I trust this store?

We went in around closing but the store was well organized so we were able to find what we needed quickly so they wouldn't have to wait for us to close up. Staff was in high spirits and helped us with no issues. There was plenty of parking when we came and it was a good trip in and out.

Just an FYI this store does not sell the green stickers for trash pickup. Even if they tell you on the phone that they do.

Love the convenience of ordering my photos from home or anywhere, and being able to pick them up usually in an hour or the next day. Photos always turn out very nice, and there are many different options to choose from, and the best part is you don't have to walk through whole store just to get to photo department. It's a nice store, just that prices are a little higher here on products.

I have a coupon for photos that does not expire until tomorrow. The Walgreens website keeps telling me that my coupon is invalid due to it being expired. I called the store and the guy that I spoke with was very rude and just trying to get off the phone. He kept telling me that if the website says that it is expired than there is nothing that he can do. He told me that only a manager can do something about it and when I asked to speak to a manager he said that there is not a manager around. I stated that it just seems like they are not honoring their coupons that THEY put out. He said that if the computer says it in expired it myst be expired. He was very short tempered and quickly irritated.

Their service is respectful I find all throughout. The pharmacy handles kindly to your needs. The people working are sweet. It's a good experience.

Wonderful experience last week with the pharmacy staff! They were more than helpful (and it was very close to their closing time), and I really appreciated all the help they provided as I've heard like most places they have been very short staffed.

I have been doing business with Walgreens for years. I had a prescription made out last Wednesday. Screwup in my doctor's office and it wasn't sent until Friday. Have called Walgreens numerous times. One time I held for 52 minutes to speak to a human. Kept telling me it was being processed. I have been out of this pill since Saturday and this prescription was to increase it. Today once again I get the same song and dance. If you don't have the pills tell me because this is an anti anxiety medication and I need it. Told them I want all my prescriptions sent to Hyvee drug. Called them and after Hyvee sent a fax and a phone call my prescription was ready this afternoon. Walgreens has cut back so much on their staff that the only people that are getting prescriptions filled are those that sit there and wait. They had my prescription 3 business days and still couldn't manage to fill it. Wonder what would have happened if that had been my blood thinner or blood pressure med. Definitely don't get prescriptions there. Someone in management has really screwed this up.

The wait to get any kind of service here is ridiculous. Either your gonna wait in line inside the store or your gonna wait in line through the drive thru. We made a game out of it the last time we had to wait in line.

There have been multiple times where I’ve had relatives make purchases with coupons that are either provided by the company or apps and the employees are not accommodating. Just yesterday my aunt got accused of stealing simply because she was using coupons and was being made to pay in the same transaction as the other individual she was with. Not sure if racial profiling was a factor however this type of behavior by an employee is not acceptable. The manager didn’t do anything about it either. My family will be filing a corporate complaint as this is not the first incident. Going as far as accusing of stealing was also uncalled for.

The pharmacy is a joke and a half! The lines are long and they NEVER answer a phone! I have waited on hold on the phone for 30mins drove to the store waited in the drive thru got to the window and seen the phone laying on the counter. When the lady came to help me I was still on hold (you can hear the phone pick up and be placed back on hold you hear movement and noise then the hold music again) all this to be told my pain meds that I order thru the app needed verbal authorization to be filled.... yet nothing tells you that just that it is processing, no phone call from the pharmacy, no email from the app or even an alert from the app. Just processing.... I was told it would take 30mins and to come back for them. Yet the other day while waiting to pick up my sons meds I sat in the pick up line over 25 mins while they filled the order for the car ahead of me (I heard them say we can fill it for you if you want to wait (speaker is loud and I have great hearing) meanwhile I am sandwiched in because there is a car behind me by the time I got to the window there were 4 more cars behind me! Walgreens use to be my go to but I am in the market for a new pharmacy!!!!
