Best DG staffing in central Iowa. Bondurant, m ville, Nevada, Ames. Maxwell is by far superior somehow. All very lovely people. That said they are severely understaffed. If in old local gal buys her groceries for the month and you're behind, you will be there for 30 minutes for a jug of milk. No one's fault but their corporate, to be noted though. Clean location and amazing staff offset the inconvenience.

Always well stocked and clean, very friendly, helpful staff. Its nice that they started selling basic produce after local grocery store closed.

The best Dollar General Anywhere. All the employees that work here need a raise. They are always friendly and helpful. They are professional and always happy to help.

I've been coming to this store for a few years now. It has been a great experience. Over this last year it has become horrible. There are always employees somewhere but i can only hear them hollering across the store to each other to help customers that have been waiting since I've walked in the door. Every time I'm there the store is a complete mess I can barely get in the door or move around the store (I'm a 175lb guy) I used to be greeted by the employees and asked if i needed help and now there have been several times I've gone in and just left as either i cannot find what I'm looking for or just plain cannot get to it as the Isle is blocked. It's really just become a large hassle to even stop here anymore.

Nice and clean.though not enough employees they are always helpful BUT need someone at register more so not having to wait sometimes awhile.
