Today marks yet another occasion where I have put outgoing into my mail box in the morning time with the flag up and it is now 6pm and it is still there. Is this going to be the normal delivery/pick up time now??

It's slower than it was before the current Head of the National post office cut down on machine, rural roads daily, pulled some sorting machines, and overtime. But we have it better than many states.
