Extremely unfriendly staff. Came across 3 different employees during our stop and not one smiled or said hello. Definitely won’t be returning anytime soon. One of my children picked up a toy and an employee passing by (with a flat affect on her face) says “are you going to buy that?” and kept walking, despite me trying to smile at her. Very disappointing experience. Staff may need some education in customer service. The store was well-stocked, with a good variety, but the staff ruined the experience. :(

The manager at this store is always extremely rude to everyone. She is very unprofessional, always wearing pajamas, and refuses to help with any questions you ask.

Rude employees! Listened to the manager complain about a delivery driver, her and employees complain about corporate and everything else. Extremely unprofessional. Manager acts annoyed at having to check people out when no self checkouts are open, as if the audacity to shop in her store is an annoyance. Employees hang out with friends ignoring customers. Shop anywhere else if you can

The Ottumwa, Iowa store on main street isn't well maintained or properly stocked, but due to Covid they are under staffed & have no control over shipments of freight. Still friendly employees.
