Very disappointed!!! We stopped at 9:47pm in need of using the restroom and fuel up our Uhaul, the hours said they are open until 10pm. Traveling from Minnesota to Nebraska! If you will not be open, update your online hours!!! 😡

Definitely won't be stopping here again. Stopped in Sunday 6/8 around 5pm. Men's restroom urinal full of urine and a terrible odor. The cashier was very rude as me, kids and wife were setting our items on counter for him to scan. Very rudely told us to stop putting our stuff in counter and he made a few other rude comments as well. I had to tell him he was being rude and we can go elsewhere before he kind of change his attitude. Definitely won't be back

Can't say enough how helpful the staff here is. Especially Loren the Assistant Manager. This gentleman used money from his own pocket to help a customer with 3 miles to empty who had forgotten her wallet before she left for work. You can't find compassion like that anymore. Well done Casey's.

Gas cost more than other places some food. Cost too much. Otherwise would give 5 stars.

Continuously disappointing each time I try to use them for food/pizza or gas.1st instance was when I called and ordered in pizza, I arrived to pick up my order and they claimed I never called. They did not offer to remake it, I had to ask and they acted like it was a hassle. Did not compensate anything.2nd time our pizza was wrong and they did not compensate anything.3rd instance was Sunday afternoon, I over paid on prepay for gas and went inside to get the overage +$10The cashier could not figure it out, and I held up the line for about 5 minutes with her telling me she doesn’t know what she’s doing or how to fix it. She told me a manger would be in at 4 that same day and would call me right away. With no call by 4:30 I called the store and asked for a manger- the pizza guy answered and told me there was no manager to help me. The other cashier took my name and number and said a regional manager would be in by 8am the next morning and would get it solved no problem. With no call by 10:30 I called and again, was told to manager was there to help.Cleanliness is not a priority at this location and you’re lucky if they have hot food most days. If they are even open before 6am or after 9pm.

Was just in Casey's and went to grab a slice of pizza and let the staff know that there was a dead fly. The lady said sharing is caring and laughed but didn't take it out. We were there for 10 min after and none of the workers removed it.
