coming up on 2 months since i bought my 2002 dodge dakota. dealership said there was no issues at all. went an 1/8th of a mile to the gas station after buying it, turned it off and got gas, turned it back on and it died right away. tried again and it went just fine so i thought nothing of it. few days later, it would start but would die right away. figured since the catylitic converters were cut off without having 02 sensor bypasses, i needed bypasses. nope. had to by an iac valve (idle air control) and pull it out of the engine and put a new one in. since then, that is fine. few weeks ago, somebody gave me a heads up that my taillights were out. got new bulbs and everything but still didn’t work. had to go to a junk yard and cut off the back half of a body wiring harness and splice that back on. now, my starter just went out. will not start at all. now have to put MORE money into this truck after being told it had NO issues. i would NOT by from this place at all. sketchy liars is all they are. not to mention, my cv joints are bad aswell. also told me cruise control worked, and it did for 2 days and hasn’t worked since. just turned 18 and im attempting to save to move out but with how bad this is screwing me over im losing all of my money. and before anything thinks im beating on this truck, its on a loan and i cant afford to keep fixing it so ive treated it like a baby the whole time. and if im going to spend 6k on a truck at this age, theres no reason for me to beat on it. there’s so many more problems with this that i cant even begin to go into. 0 stars is too good for this dealership. terrible service. do not buy these vehicles. not to mention, besides him lying about everything including the clean title, i have no airbag. and it’s illegal to sell a vehicle without an airbag. which the airbag already being set off, is a clear sign that the title isn’t clean. they also replied to this saying that they’d pay for parts and repairs? no. all he has said is i have to buy the part and bring him the vehicle and he’d fix it. i spent 160 to get my new wiring harness but told him it was 60 since he wouldn’t pay any more for it. cheap lying unhonest crappy dealership. also, sold it with broken sway bar links😂

10/10 Dealership. I highly recommend getting a vehicle from them. Never disappointed me once, even when i had problems with my truck. Armando and his team made it possible every step of the way and helped me figure out the best resolution to fix it. Very direct and friendly. Respectable dealer!

I would not trust buying a vehicle here. I messaged one of the salesmen about a silverado with an obviously switched dash cluster (cluster shows 122,735 miles but the truck clearly has way more miles based on the steering wheel and seat wear). I asked the salesman how many miles were actually on it and I also asked how the rust was on the rockers and he read my message and did not even bother to respond. To me, it seems like there's some shady practices going on at this dealership and I wouldn't trust buying anything from them after my interaction.

I was a little nervous to travel from 5 hours away to test drive a truck alone and had to work out the details of renting a car and figuring out the logistics. Armando was very patient and his communication was amazing while I figured this out. He did not rush me but held the truck for me until I was able to get there. He greeted me with my vehicle of interest ready to drive. He let me take my time and look over everything. I did happen to find a small coolant leak in which he had fixed right then and there to ensure I was getting my vehicle in top condition. He worked with me on pricing and made sure I was comfortable while I waited in the office. Armando offered me food and water as he knew I had been traveling all day. He even helped me by having one of his workers give me a ride to and from the rental car property so that I did not have to pay for an Uber. I would 100% buy a vehicle from him again. My truck is running and driving amazing!!! Thank you so much Liberty Auto!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought an 11 equinox last april 2022 for it to start having engine and oil problems 3 days later. I took it back and they were gonna “fix” it. He did give me an impala to drive as i’m a single mom and had appointments. the battery light in that was turning on and it was a very reliable car. after getting my car back a MONTH later the engine blew and come to find out they didn’t do anything they said! It put me back a lot in finances having to find something different and 6200$ down the drain for something I barley drove. I called liberty auto when my motor blew and asked if he remembered the car and stuff and didn’t say much and acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about.

Felt like we weren't even customers. Sale person was rude. We felt like we were an inconvenience.
