Terry at checkout was extremely rude to the lady in front of us all because she couldn't get her pin # correct. Slamming her stuff around, then tore a bag out of my hand. Someone needs to learn customer service skills.

Very disappointing today when I was in dollar general I wanted to get checked out both girls that were in there supposedly were supposed to be unloading truck but instead were arguing about their schedules for about a half hour. I don’t like self check out so I put on everything back and left by it somewhere else.I use to like this store.

Girl with glasses ripped me off ..overcharged me and i caught on ..when i went back she was rude and acted like it was my fault lol check your receipts people !! They need to fire her..

The workers and management are fine its the company its self that is terrible. There is only ever one person at the register so it takes forever to check out and they are expected to stock the store while running the register. So you have to ring a bell and wait for someone to come to the register which creates a huge line. They stretch their workers way to thin and its truely sad. No wonder I have watched a huge turnover in employees there.
