very kind and accommodating staff as well as cozy room, not too much in Minden proper, but it was the perfect place for us to spend the night on our drive from Chicago to Denver.

The female Hispanic/Mexican owner said at the end of last year in 2023, that the room rate for this motel was $175.00 a week OR $659.00 a month, but there is no animals allowed and no smoking cigarettes on the property or in the rooms at all, it's also a Bring-Your-Own bedding and comforter sets for the beds.
