Was traveling from Ohio and got a flat tire on my rental car. The rental car company took over an hour to get back to me. I called Norms and they were there within 15 minutes to get my spare tire put on. Great experience.

We were traveling to North Dakota for my step brothers graduation and got a nail in our tire. I called and asked if they had time to patch a tire, the lady that answered the phone said yes and anytime would work. We drove there right a way and they had the tire patched within 10 minutes, she even brought us the nail to show us what had caused the leak. She was so nice!!!

Counter acting a previous review of a 1 star review claiming he's the "tire guy" at another shop. He most certainly is not. If anything tires go to other techs then him because of how many rims and tires he has damaged or balanced incorrectly. Keep up the great work!

Cannot say enough great things about this place!! The people who work here know their stuff. They are walk in, if they don't carry your tire size, they will order it. The cost of the tires might be a little more, but what you get in service is worth it.I used to drive over 4 hours one way, just to get them to work on my tires. I would run over lots of things. Other places don't stand by their work. I had only a few other places do my tires and I still had problems. So back to Norm's.I won't go anywhere else!!!!!
