Staff member, Shaela, was amazing! Tried very hard to make sure I got the cheapest plan. Now the tech and system needs major work. The switch over took forever. I felt bad for the staff having to deal with that. Highly recommend coming to this retailer if you’re a Verizon customer

As of right now I would give this store a 1 star as I showed up at 5:15 on a weekday to discuss possibly changing my service to Verizon, the Google hours state the hours are 9am - 8pm. I show up, the door is locked with an employee and customer inside. When she finally answered the door, she was not very courteous when telling me they were not open. Didn't even offer to tell me the hours so I had to ask, then when I tired to explain what the hours show on Google she was like oh sorry and kept trying to shut the door. So in the end I think employees should be taught how to approach customers better, update your hours so people know. Also, I don't understand the hours as most normal people are working between 10-5. Not sure how I feel about changing my service to Verizon at this point although I am told it works much better in this area!

I went in and asked questions about different phones so I could research what I wanted. Came in two weeks later and told the girl behind the desk (not the original person I spoke with) what I wanted. After it was all set up and I left, I realized they gave me the s21+ not the s21 I asked for. This phone will cost me more and can't return because of their restocking fee.

I contacted Verizon the day before and was told to pick up my phone here and mark was a terrible employee and deserves to be fired. He yelled at me and didn't help with anything I needed when I had all thr proof. Such a worthless store.
