I brought my 2023 Tahoe in for a squeaking noise in the front end. Of course, it didn't do for them what it was doing for me. They still took the time to look at it and formulate a plan to help address the problem!

We have purchased a few vehicles from Woodhouse Chevy over the last 12 years everyone here is great! We also have done oil changes and vehicle services and you can’t beat the outstanding customer service you will receive here!

I had the most pleasant experience at Woodhouse Chevy. My salesman was very kind and helpful. The finance manager did everything he could to get me the best deal and he was very friendly. The whole process was very painless and pleasant. I will never purchase from anywhere else!

Our friend, whom we were traveling with, had a serious brake malfunction occurred in the highway. Very scary situation. Thankfully, once she arrived at the Woodhouse Chevy Car dealership, she was in good hands. They were very attentive, reassuring and reasonable in cost. Traveling from Ohio to South Dakota, this is the last thing you want happen. We sat for a bit while they drove to the next town for parts. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Excellent customer, waiting room, and service crew. Very thankful for them.

The guys were friendly and nice but he told me the price would be 320 and ended up being 370. I didn’t really look at the bill. I just handed in my credit card and paid it back and he said oh I told you there would be shot fees and tax . I like it when people are honest upfront

My issue is mostly with the service department. I was encouraged to contact them if I had ongoing issues with a new vehicle, which I did. When I contacted, I was told that a supervisor would need to be in contact. I received no communication for a month. After working with manufacturer assistance I was told to bring it to Woodhouse for repairs. I live out of state and told them I would need the vehicle or a loaner before certain date. No one called me with updates or to let me know vehicle was ready. The sales department had to call a supervisor off duty as service department is closed on weekends and I had to return to work out of state. I was told that someone would contact me at beginning of next week and no one followed up and they didn’t have any paperwork for me as to what was completed. Even when supervisors are made aware, very little is done and timelines that they provide are still not met.
My family has generally thought that Woodhouse was a trusted and respectful dealership to work with. This experience, however, has made it unlikely that we will be doing future business there.

It’s nice to see some dealerships still stand behind their products. I bought a used pickup from Woodhouse that had an engine problem that they weren’t aware of. Woodhouse paid my local dealership directly to have the truck inspected and repaired at no cost to me. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again.

My husband was traveling south on I 29 when he stopped for gas on his motorcycle he discovered he has a mechanical issue with his bike. He stopped here to see if they could help. They fixed up the lose nut and refused to accept payment for it. Thank you so much for saving the day for me and my husband and allowing him to continue his travel to where I was. You saved his life and our day
