Rebel Farms is the metro's first freeze-dried candy store, producing all their freeze-dried goodies in their commercial kitchen since 2015. They offer freeze-dried fruits, veggies, candies, ice cream, and more, with a great selection of freeze-dried candy. They are an amazing addition to the downtown district and a hidden family gem. They provide quality products and exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction. Their service knocks it out of the park, with super kind, friendly, and welcoming staff who genuinely love what they do. They are committed to incomparable customer care, often going out of their way to accommodate requests. The menu includes phenomenal drinks, a winter coffee menu with unique flavors, and delicious bakery items like amazing cinnamon rolls, chocolate chip banana bread sweet rolls, and coconut cream pie. They also offer morning coffee, an energy drink selection, healthy food staples, ultra-filtered water, and soups. Guests will also find great finds in the vintage and variety room.
