These installers don't care about your property. The destroyed over 1000 dollars worth of steel on my shed and the jack their rates every month. Over doubled in 3 months after the 1 year contract

Listened to my friend talk on the phone with them or their bot for 20 minutes. they offered no help. Infuriating.

They really lack customer care skills. Some are very rude and mouthy not all are like that sometimes I get very pleasant customer service. What are ya gonna do ? Soak it up because a lack of options.
