I called them and canceled the service and 2 month latter charge me again make a called and asked them for charge didn’t get exact answer. I never had any problems with other providers worst service and experience ever.

Internet is unreliable had to replace my router 4 times and my bill keeps going up almost 200 a month now going to find a different internet provider or go without screw windstream

These installers don't care about your property. The destroyed over 1000 dollars worth of steel on my shed and the jack their rates every month. Over doubled in 3 months after the 1 year contract
