The butchers are incredibly helpful at the meat counter. I wanted a cooler full of meat cut for me. They took my CUSTOM ORDER and said that they could freeze the meat in my cooler so that I could travel back to South Texas with the meat. There is NOTHING better than Iowa Beef!!! Amazing customer service.
