“Went to the Fort Madison store in search of two lawn chairs that weren’t in stock in Keokuk. This was the first time I’d been in the Fort Madison store so it not being familiar to me, the chairs weren’t jumping out at me. I was walking back to the front of the store to ask someone where they might be when I ran across Judy facing the shelves in the footwear aisles who asked if she could help me find anything, I said you sure can. Judy gets 10 stars from me on her customer service. She’s got an excellent personality and was one of the most pleasant people I’ve dealt with in a long time. If you’ve got questions or need help in the Fort Madison store, hopefully you run into Judy. Excellent experience.”
