Absolutely a joke. Deposited requited amount of money to waive overdraft fees and they never waived. Called the bank and gave me the go around. Funny how when they mess up they dont correct it. Was told I would be called back, and it never happened.

Horrible communication system there. Transferred me multiple times to multiple places, never could get a straight answer from anyone. Wasted an entire day sitting on the phone between this branch and the fraud department due to their incompetence. Still never got my answer after dealing with them for 6 hours. Unbelievable.
