Went in to get a tire repaired. While they were repairing it, I went and done some shopping. When I got done, I went back to the auto department and I was told that there was not enough tread on my tire to repair it and that they could not fix it and that I could come and get my vehicle. They did not have the tire in stock and I asked if they had tried using the spare and the answer was no. So then I had to wait another hour in line to have them look at the spare to see if it could be used on my vehicle. It took two hours to have them do this and I was the first one in line that morning. There were five others that were in the waiting room as well. I hate to think how long their wait would be as some of them were having oil changes as well.

Had a flat Easter weekend. Got me in, replaced 2 tires, and an oil change. I was able to get home to North Dakota after visiting the family in Iowa.

There was two guys there I went to have a oil change and instead of one guy doing the oil change he was helping the other guy with the tire's and my mother in law and my wife was with me and they both are in wheelchairs the guys kept taking other people before me and we was there from 2:00pm until 6:00pm I can understand that people needs tires but having someone to wait so long for a oil change when there are two men there when one could do the tires when the other one could do the oil change I rated a one for the time it took for them to do a oil change and taking people before me when I was there before them that's not fair at all my mother in law lives in a nursing home it wasn't right to keep her let her sit in the wheelchair for that long of time when it was her dinner time and her having diabetes and she needed her shots when two guys work there one should be doing the tires and one should be doing the oil changes not for two men to be doing tires on one car at the same time it shouldn't take two men doing both sides of the car changing tires

Appalled at how rude the woman who answered the phone was. I have called twice now to ask a few questions about services and she treated me like I was a complete idiot and like I was putting her out by asking basic pricing questions. Wow!

Very Rude lady i had dealt with. I Went in cuz i had a flat tire and needed a new one or a patch. They were not busy and weren't closing for another hour. I asked if the lady had time for me tonight since i just needed something to get home on cuz i was stranded and couldn't travel a long ways to keep air in it. She claimed couldn't take me and didn't have time for me and my 1 tire. But, she made sure to tell me they weren't closing for another hour yet. Not sure why that matters if can't repair my tire. Not very happy with the experience and will never go back to this one.

Really like the staff there. They are helpful and they don't rush you through the process of getting your car serviced. I have had both oil and the service... Both without complaint. My only dislike is the wait time. Especially on the weekends when they may be short staffed. It may be better during the weekdays. If the wait time is long, just go shopping ☺️.
