I use automatic renewal via phone and have always had my prescription filled in a timely manner. I also find the automated phone call telling me my prescriptions are ready very useful. I have also used their service for vaccinations and have been very pleased.

My wife and I have moved our pharmacy of choice to Solon Towncrest Parmacy. We anticipate much better service there.
