This is probably one of the worst Caseys gas stations. No point in going inside as they generally never seem to keep the fresh pizza and sandwiches stocked. If you order pizza you have a 50/50 shot of getting a good one. The staff is also 50/50 on getting a decent person. Most people order food from lisbon or Mechanicsville.
Clearly people have left poor reviews and corporate doesn't seem to want to fix things. I guess the new kwikstar will fix things.

Ordered pizza. Said it would be ready in fifteen minutes. Got there to pick it up and the girl was busy yapping her jaws with a friend. She hadn’t even made it yet.

Nice typical American gas station! ⛽️ 🇺🇸 I only like to eat pork rinds, but they have to be very plain and the ones that they have there have MSG. If you could not use MSG anymore, I appreciate it. 🫡

I highly discourage anyone from coming to this Casey’s. Poor customer service. Regular inappropriate conversations by staff, consistent lack of fresh food options. Drive one more mile down to the Lisbon location.

They literally never have your pizza ready on time. I don't mind waiting, but why is the online time estimate never right? Even when I order at like 3pm to pick up a pizza at 5, I still show up and they are just starting to make it. I dont get it. And it's clearly not busy! Very annoying.

Ordered a pizza on a slow night and it said it would take 70 minutes to be done. That time seemed ridiculously long for a single pizza, but we waited. Then, when we checked inside at the 70 minute mark, the pizza was still not done while the store was clearly practically empty. Again, we waited for roughly 20 more minutes, making me believe they didn’t start our order until close to the 70 minute mark. Frankly, it was pretty aggravating to have to wait that long for such a small order on such a slow night, especially since we picked it up instead of ordering delivery

Casey’s is definitely one of the best gas stations in Iowa. This one is a little bit older but it’s got all the updated stuff all the other ones half employees were friendly. They always have plenty of options for a quick bite to eat.

Good food and service. Mini chocolate chip cookies are always a hit. Place is severely understaffed so there can be an expected wait time on things. The boss there seems to just sit in his office while his employees work their asses off with a line to the bathrooms. I feel bad for anyone who has to work at Casey's. Especially hard working people with an honest work ethic. Their way of scheduling the place is clearly mixed up since there's never a manager at the store at night, when most of the worst interactions and complaints happen.
