This place is outstanding! I had our jeep repaired after a hit and run accident and they did a great job! SARA is the best to work with, she goes out of her way to make thing smooth. One part was on back order and took some time to get, but no fault of ABRA. When we got the car back the body shop cleaned the inside and washed it!!! If you want a great repair done and need a loaner car this is the place!!! See Sara and you will get outstanding customer service. Thank you to the techs that repaired our car also!!!!

Supposed to get in mid April. No communication through mid May. Supposed to have a rental car. Was told they didn’t have one when we dropped off. Then found out half way through the day that they would not rent to daughter at 18. She had almost 3 months to notify us, but did not. Every communication from them was untruthful. This place does not care about the customer. If you are unfortunate enough to have to deal with this horribly mismanaged place, I would suggest calling early and calling often. Verify the information.Do not trust anything she says. In my opinion it would be their job/responsibility is to make sure everything goes smoothly. There was absolutely zero of that.
Note.@ the policy not to rent to 18 year olds is not my issue. It’s the fact that we asked about it during the estimate and the ‘manager’ could not answer it. The constant misinformation, lack of communication, and lying from the ‘manager’ should be dealt with.

This team did an amazing job replacing my front fender. When I got it back, my car was something I was proud to own for the first time in years. This team also gave my vehicle a complimentary cleaning without even mentioning it!

They took my new pilot and made it right. Communication between ABRA, my insurance, and to me was excellent. I even received picture updates. Going from the auto body to mechanical repairs was seamless. They do great work!
