“I recently had an issue with my bank account having an unauthorized amount taken out of my checking account. I called CBI to report the problem and talked to Diego Amaro. I was very upset, but he quickly looked into the problem, and assured me that my account had not been compromised, but my debit card had. He immediately suspended my card and managed to turn the unauthorized amount around so that it was back in my account in no time. Now I have a new debit card and great appreciation for the manner in which Diego helped me. Such a courteous, kind, and helpful young man who provided an immediate solution to the problem!.
