I don’t know how Kenny’s place isn’t 5 star reviews across the board. I’ve been going there like 12 years and had one bad experience, which Kenny himself promptly fixed for free. Very good people!

10/10 recommend CJ nails!! Went in with somewhat low expectations due to having a bad experience at a different salon about 3 weeks ago. The lady was very friendly and paid attention to detail. Made sure everything was as even as it could be since I got a fill instead of a new set. Also don’t be like me and get lost, it’s in the muscatine mall 😅

I am Kenny + his team’s biggest fan! I’ve been going for a few years now and although I usually stick to straight matte black, sometimes I come in with a crazy idea and they execute it flawlessly. Always the kindest humans with the best service and talent!

Came in as a walk in and was immediately attended. My final nails turned out a little different than what I had envisioned, but they still eneded up looking cute. The quick service and friendly atmosphere made it a positive experince, I have been going to this nail salon for a while, I also have tried other nail salons in town but nothing compare to this one!

EDIT: This business had already responded to my review back when I was serviced to apologize and now 3 weeks later editing their review? Yes I did leave with my nail bleeding, I didn’t notice it until I got in my car and did not want to go back in because of the service I received. Review options are there for a reason, and I just didn’t receive good service, simple as that.
Got a gel pedicure yesterday and went back in because 3 nails were not cured properly and did not look good. They proceed to make one of my toenails bleed. Today, the next morning, one of the nails is already chipped. Definitely do not recommend. Waste of $50.

I’d never been to this salon and decided to get my wedding nails done here. They were perfect! Staff was so kind and accommodating and put up with me being extra picky. Will definitely be going back ?
