The facility is very clean and well kept. 99% Rogue equipment. The coaches are very knowledgeable and the members are very welcoming.”

“I love it here, been there around 6 months I think and it's a great place for your workouts, plenty of machines to use and everyone I've met there so far is very nice and willing to help if you need a hand with something or even advice. It's not a HUGE place but I haven't had a moment where I am unable to do what I need to do. Like I said, people are friendly and if someone is using something you are wishing to use, taking turns for your sets is never a problem if you have the courage to just ask but personally I haven't had to do this very often. Cassie is super cool, the place is clean and people clean after themselves. Even the janitor is cool haha 10/10”
