i have never been to a more incompetently run pharmacy. they would routinely “not have received” scripts that my doctors sent several times. often they would forget to update prescriptions and claim they couldn’t fill old prescriptions that had since been superseded. they are also terrible at refilling controlled substances as their phone line is entirely automated, and getting a doctor confirmation from them requires you physically going to the pharmacy and asking them to make a call to your doctor. lastly, they tend to put every med on autofill regardless of if it should be, so i now have a years worth of extra syringes laying around. oh, and of course with the wrong gauge needles. because filling a script for extra subq needles would be harder than giving me the bulk IM needles they have.the only reason i’m not giving one star is because the staff (for the most part) are very trans friendly, and happily use my chosen name. a nice change of pace from the rural hell it sits in.
