Went to pick up vehicle and reversebeeping inducator on camera signal is not working and the trailer brake light is faulty coming up on display screen.Which they claim that they weren't going to look at. Because it wasn't part of the damage that was done on the car, and it was gonna be my responsibility to figure out why something works when it went in there, but didn't when they were to return it to me. gentleman in the office. Austin, have a real rude attitude with me about the hole thing. Was supposed to get w my insurance on it that was mid December. Haven't heard from him yet. Real reputable company.

Great service, added bonus was the area that the sticker for the next oil change that was full of sticker residue was completely cleaned! It had been gathering for several years! It’s simple things like this attention to detail that is appreciated! If the little details aren’t missed then that speaks volumes of the scheduled work! : )

my grandma bought a car from them and it was broke down within a week had to threaten a lawsuit for them to fix her car , do not trust them. Absolutely do not recommend them , they lied about what they’d give me for my trade and after a 2 hour car ride to come check out a car they gave me the lowest offer they possibly could and weren’t willing to budge, on the trade or the new car deal, And then the guy I was working with went on vacation the day I planned on coming convenient.

Great staff that really makes you feel valued. I received great customer care by Charles and Rob when I pulled in for my service appointment. The staff in the shop were great. I didn't get to meat my mechanic, but he took great care of my vehicle. Many do not know all that needs to be done on a daily basis in the shop, but I can say that they do there best to take care of your vehicle as efficiently as they can. Thanks for a great experience.

Bought a new Sierra from Trevor. He was not pushy and more than helpful with any questions we had and just a super young man. The whole process was good and even though he was fairly new he was knowledgeable and honest.

I Paid for service plan. They still charged me labor for replacing filters after they took the old ones out and recommended I replace them. I said go ahead and replace. If I would of said not to replace them they wouldn't charge me. I understand the material charge but not labor. Once the service plan is up I will never go there again or purchase another vehicle from them. Poor customer service!!

Service advisor was extremely rude to my husband. Ive never had a worker be so blatantly uncourtious. Now i know its the holidays, however the advisor kept this attitude up until he slammed my bill on the counter and stormed out. I spoke to your General Manager the day of my service about the issue. I will likely not return, I drive a half hour one way to service my truck here and this is a joke.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Ed Morse. Service was wonderful! Everyone was friendly and informative! We had some concern with a brake issue but they took it seriously and made sure repairs were made before we took our car home! We absolutely love our car! We will definitely consider them for future purchases!

Bought new tires for my 2010 GMC Canyon on the buy 2 get 2 free. Its a great program and the service department was excellent, courtesy, easy to deal with. James Henderson was the individual to worked with on ordering the tires. Super guy and is truly an asset to the Ed Morse Company!!!!!

Took my truck in for an oil change and to fix a leaking tire. I was told I needed a computer recall update that they couldn't accomplish so I had to come back. Was also told they couldn't find the leak. I knew nothing about any recall until the truck was done. I think the oil change and tire repair should have taken around 45 minutes. I was there a little over 2 hours. I also should have been told about the recall/update before they started.
