Asked for a pedicure and they did the most expensive one without asking if I wanted to upgrade it. I found out at check out I now owed them extra for what I never asked for. The man got mad when I asked to change the gel color and even though he did (of course, why would I stick to a color I don’t like?), his attitude was beyond frustrating. Got my nails done poorly, polish got in my skin and the color didn’t go all the way to the cuticle so it looks like I had my nails done one week ago even though they were freshly out of the salon. Pretty mediocre, would never dare to go back. And the guy dripped something in my pants that left a stain that I can’t take off. So basically a waste of money, time and energy all at once.

I always go to K Nails. I love it there. But today I saw one of the guys that works there, and had a bad experience. I wanted ombré nails. I have gotten them before and in my experience they use gel polish and paint them. Well today he started with the gel polish, then he put chrome on two nails and they he was looking around like he was trying to figure out what to do. He got out a paint sprayer and then did them that way. He first sprayed me with the paint sprayer. Then he was spraying my nails. When you look at my nails you can see all of the sprayed paint spots all over my nails and on my skin along my nails. He didn’t even bother cleaning up the edges of my skin. The nails are also horribly shaped and uneven. I went there today to have some relax time as I’m 7 months pregnant and a stay at home mom for my other two children. Waste of my time and money. I have pictures but there isn’t an option to post with the review.

Will never ever go back to have my daughter‘s nails done there again uneven crooked worst place ever and when I showed them, they acted like there was nothing wrong

I went to Knails on Saturday May 10th to get a mani and pedi. They did my pedicure so fast so I still have caluses and dry skin all over my feet. You can't even tell I got a pedicure! The manicure, well they did my polish first and then manicure after the polish!? My cuticles weren't pushed back on my finger nails either! Not impressed at all!!!

I went to the salon on 5/9/25 and my nails are uneven and thick on most sides. The guy who did my nails seemed like he wasn’t paying much attention and kept looking around the salon. I was recommended numerous times by different women and I will not be returning. Paid $64 for my nails to be messed up. Middle finger on right hand curves to the left a lot, ring finger nail looks like it’s going upwards, and the sides on every nail are super thick. Asked for gel nails and they gave me acrylics also.

I really like some of the techs, particularly the males and one of the younger gals. They do a great job and will correct it if it's not done right. Brian is a good Manager, if you bring it to his attention, he will refund. This last time i got my nails done, I wasn't satisfied, but they usually do fine, so I didn't complain. I didn't get my normal guy that I like, so I assume maybe she was a newer nail tech. I'd post a pic, but my current nails look terrible. I have natural nails and wanted a dip french manicure - I don't know what she was thinking, but they were pretty bad. I'm sure next time I go I'll wait for the right tech or make an appointment.

My mother and I went here for a girls day a few weeks back and got DIP nails done. When we went in to get them off they refused us service then when we got to another nail salon and they told us they were acrylics. I am very disappointed as we payed the price of dips. Worst nail salon ever!

!!!!!DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!! The technician charged me $26 for a polish change it looks like my grandchild could’ve done better. I requested a gel polish change. The technician stated the reason it has puddled at the bottom and why she polished my skin is because I didn’t get a pedicure. Amateurs!

These nails are absolutely ugly. Looks nothing like the photo. This is my first time putting a review on anything because these nails are just SO UGLY. I paid $70 for these and they just don’t know how to do their job.Don’t book this place unless you want it to look like a meth head did your nails.
