Mcsa is a good organization in Muscatine that helps any way they can Mcsa feeds people clothes people an keeps a person from being homeless I give them 5 stars . They really care thank you? mia is very good at what she does she really cares.

Muscatine Center for Social Action provides housing, basic health care, education and support services for those in need in Muscatine County. MCSA offers Emergency Shelter, Domestic Violence Shelter, Rentals, Food Pantry, and other services. MCSA is located at 312 Iowa Avenue in Muscatine, IA.
