Hours: MCSA provides housing, basic health care, education, and support services for those in need in Muscatine County. It offers an Emergency Shelter, Domestic Violence Shelter, Rentals, a Food Pantry, and other resources. The community is lucky to have such a place in town. It is an amazing support system where every single staff member is amazing and awesome. They are very, very helpful and go above and beyond to get people the needs they require. The staff provides a helping hand and someone to listen, helping people feel safe and get their own place. People are forever grateful to all the staff, describing them as true angels and heroes.
