The dealership gave me multiple reasons to question both its integrity and its competency. They sold me a car with no working horn and no spare tire. Even though they claimed to have completed a thorough inspection, I checked the fluids before leaving and found no oil on the dipstick and the power steering fluid was low. They replaced the tires, yet the tire pressure sensor light remained on. On delivery the car ir was not detailed. For supposedly a retail car buying experience this felt more like wholesale.
⚠️ My advice: Do your homework before buying from this dealer.

Patrick is amazing! Genuine and straightforward, he took time to answer questions and explain everything. I didn't feel rushed even when i came in at the end of the day! He is knowledgeable, professional, and fun! This was the most comfortable and enjoyable vehicle purchase experience I have ever had!

I purchased a vehicle in April and dealt with salesman Noah and also Silvin in the repair shop. Both did an excellent job and were friendly, polite and helpful to my needs in fixing two issues with my vehicle promptly in order to complete the vehicle purchase. I was told that my truck window motor was busted and they tried to power probe it up but they couldn’t do it and I am 21 years old and they 35 years head mechanic said that the motor was bad but I got it up in under 5 minutes and they got but hurt because I proved them wrong that I do know how to use a power probe and they started to get all mad and told me to leave when they where souped to fix all of the issues I have had with the truck since day one that I bought it And they left my window down and left it out side

sold me a car with a rusted battery, no air, broken air compressor, blower motor, back brake system so corroded deemed "unsafe to drive", car supposed to have 2 catalytic converters, missing 1, and exhaust corroded. "Fixed" my exhaust by welding a straight pipe over where my rear catalytic converter was supposed to be.

I dropped an heirloom ring between my driver’s seat and console and could not locate after 3 days and many attempts with a flashlight. I took the car to Next Gen where Cory removed the seat and found the ring under the center console in about 10 minutes. I’m so grateful for the personal and exceptional service. Cory, Jimmy and Denise are the best!!

Purchased a used car for our soon to be driving teens. Drew took care of us and was professional and straight forward. Delivery was as promised with good detailing work on the car. Later that day we found an issue with the car. We called on Monday and the dealer stood by the car and corrected the issue, which turned out to be minor thankfully. Overall, a great experience.
