“No issues. Pretty much everything was done through text and email which made it very easy. Staff was polite and understanding when my payment didn’t go through and I had to send in another form of payment. Would recommend. If there are any bad reviews I would wonder about the person making the review. Did they pay on time, were they hostile to staff, etc.? I understand not being able to make payments and then possibly losing your items, as would happen at any storage unit I’ve heard of. I predict if you are able to make your payments, you won’t have a single problem with these folks.”

“I share one of these with my buddy we both go half on it and I like the fact that it's accessible 24 hours because I do a lot of working on things and I can go there and they provide electricity and lighting and I can actually work on what I need to work on while I have it in storage Like my boat for instance five stars isn't enough. It should be like a 10 star facility very clean and the people that owned it are great. They totally understood when people wanted to be able to put boats in campers and things like that in Storage and out of the weather or maybe they got something that they need to work on And as long as you're not making a mess for 100% there for you keep it up Newcomb”

“Pretty fair and good natured management that runs the place I think. Never had any real issues with them. Always very friendly and professional. Down side of having our storage unit with them was that they don't really implement any type of close monitored security. It's not fenced in and gated with a code to enter. Also, the property usually looks like it needs maintaining. Weeds growing everywhere, piles of trash scattered throughout units.. Does not have a clean professional business appearance.”
