I have worked retail for 17 years, I have been a manager and worked with multiple US Bank branches in multiple cities over the years. Never have I felt more of an inconvenience or harassed as I do when I walk into this branch. I run a business of 13 years with 3 employees, including myself. I do not have time to call in a change order, we fill when we can. When you have employees sitting in offices, including the branch manager ignoring clients every time on in. I had a lady follow me and ask for change and they didn’t say a word to her and greeted her with a smile, not harassment. Policies in this branch need to change to benefit all clients, personal or business accounts. We now have adjusted to one change order a week because we got tired of the harassment, but after my encounter this morning something needs to be said.

the old lady that works there complained about me to her coworker while I was standing 2 feet away and loudly sighed when she had to do her job instead of standing around chatting. horrible location and I wouldn't use it if I didn't have to. HUGE attitude problems at this bank.

My MUSCATINE Branch US Bank is the best. They know me by name and always greets me with a smile. Whenever I’ve had an issue, it would be resolved quickly.

Muscatine branch is horrible. I literally opened an account a week ago and needed funds wire transferred with a family emergency and the bank said that my funds were on hold and my account was closed. They never once told me that they were holding my funds until I contacted them.When I call and ask why my account was being closed and why my funds were being held they could not give me an answer other than it's in the bank agreement that I had signed. No specifics about any rule being broken and no explanation.Apparently, the explanation is in the agreement but the bank manager cannot tell me what it is.I lost my mother yesterday while waiting for a transfer and that cannot be replaced.I have never heard of such a poorly run bank in my life.I am only giving one star because the review doesn't allow 0 stars.My advice is to find any other bank to use.

I bank with the Muscatine branch for both personal and business matters. With all the changes (and dare I say general grumpiness of recent months) the staff have been invariably polite, cheerful and patient. Thank you.

Never a heartwarming welcome with the cashiers at this bank. I felt like she needed a day off. I came with a thousand dollar check willing to cash half and deposit half. She told me i had a pending transaction which makes my account negative, so i couldn't cash the check. No other option! She handed me my check and my debit card with a nasty face. No tks or if i needed anything else. It was so akward and i just left.Where is the customer service they learned upon hire??? I know the difference between verbal and nonverbal communication and they were both lacking. Probably not coming back

Unexperience people that ask for id , debit card and ssn just to cash a check. a whole 20mn for one transaction. Was she a trainee or something i don't know but it sucks when i been with us bank for almost 2 years since i was in davenport. Smh. Unbelievable.

They treat you like an inconvenience and are inflexible in every way. I'd sooner start investing in a sketchy bank in Nigeria or keep money under my mattress before I had accounts with Pam and her team. Would NOT recommend.
