Unfortunately being in a handicap cart etc. Buying groceries, 3pointsetias etc. Your Staff stepped in and helped. I mean really helped me. Right to my car. I was so appreciative. Remarkable people at Walmart. Merry Christmas and a big THANK YOU

Was very unhappy with my visit. I was accused of stealing a $15 watch I bought for my sister because the receipt printed with a blank spot in the middle. Had to wait about half an hour to confirm the purchase. Customer service was polite, but did not apologize for the mixup or compensate me for my time.

If I need to be honest I'd give this place a negative star review.... My wife and I bought fruit for our daughter to eat got home found mold in the containers and a few days later went back out there to buy our daughter a few gifts for her birthday found the same toy online for a few dollars lesser then was told that they don't or won't do a price match.... The truth is once upon time Walmart cared about their customers and this day and age Walmart only cares about themselves... They are so more worried about competing with all companies that they lost their way.... there is a cashier by the name Annette that works at Walmart and has made it her personal mission to get us kicked out or banned from Walmart because she went to management making false claims and and acquisitions to her boss tell them that steal from the store when we pay for everything that we get from them.. To be all out honest my wife and I feel like we are being harassed for no reason at all... To be even more honest I'm really thinking about bringing a lawyer in to deal with this issue... If there is a Walmart manager or supervisor that wants to talk after reading this let me know and we can talk

Couldn't get help from the associate running self scans because they were busy socializing. Asked them to run my container slips & remove the putter case from my Blu-ray & received attitude because they couldn't remove it until they saw the receipt BUT I couldn't pay until they took off my container slips because they're only good for one day.Said they were paying attention but we had to wait nearly 10 minutes because they didn't want their conversation with another associate interrupted. Then she was completely rude insinuating that we were trying to steal.

I like the store, but the garden section was disappointing. Several dead or almost dead plants and they were still on the shelves/racks for full price. Wish all Walmarts would water and care for there plants better then they do!

Prices are good. Help was good. Always save money with the Walmart Credit Card! Impressed by a lot of the Great Value brand products except for the macaroni and cheese. Have to stick with Kraft myself. But I save good money on milk, cheese, eggs, butter, bread and many other things! I get free delivery through the app with a Walmart + membership. Saves me a lot of time and money.

I’ve been picking up my groceries and have had great experiences until today. There were 2 loading, one very polite and kind young man and a lady who had a frown on her face that must really hate her job I went to give them a tip because that’s how I was brought up. ( I’m 70) the young man was surprised and thanked me. The lady in a raised voice said “I can’t take that” and turned her back on me and hufffed off. As I was backing out the young man who had done an excellent job came running out and tossed my tip in the window almost in tears,said I might lose my job. I hope that’s not the case because that lady is the one who should be shown the door. If I can’t reward someone for doing a good job I’ll find somewhere else to shop.

Corrupt company and management, treats staff terribly even going as far as to belittle them in front or customers. Double standard policy's and associate hour gouging in order to satisfy team lead bonuses. Management promotes mob mentality thinking and often works in cliques causing frustration among associates that they gaslight and threaten their position over like with the 5 star system. Associates are not paid for holidays but are punished with twice the amount of "occurances" if they miss one day. The hosts and cashiers/front end center are under appreciated at the expense of their mental health.Customers beware receipt checking for unbagged items gets you written as "suspicious" for refusing, so like it or not you are being profiled daily even if it's reluctant or unintentional by the door workers regardless or race or orientation. They get chewed out for not checking the slightest thing by Management.

Just spent 4 hours in Walmart. To get a oil change and 4 new tires on my jeep. They sent home 3 people and only left 2 workers there, well there was a couple more but they busy talking or looking like they were busy. They did not even tells us why it took long. Not even a have a good nite. On top of that, now my front tire is making a noise. They did not reset my oil gauge or put the right amount of air in the tire. Gonna be a long time before I go back
